Garnees Development & Excavation Contractors LTD formally Garnees Backhoe Service is a small family run business since 1978. Septic system design and installation was our primary business at that time along with residential servicing including but not limited to house excavation, water, storm and sewer installations and a variety of other work. In late 1980s as we moved into civil works we changed our name to Garnees Dev-Ex Cont. LTD. We have served the Fraser Valley with pride. We have also served many communities outside the lower Mainland doing work in places like Merrit, Clinton, Gold Bridge, Tippela at the head of the Harrison lake and many other communities. Working as subcontractors doing civil works for 1st nations, government works at the Kent institution, Mountain institution, Ferndale institution, Mission institution, Matsqui institution, Health Canada. We have done one of the best subdivisions in Mission located on the Hatzic Bench. Pictures for this subdivision are located in the civil gallery. We handle all the underground as well as the curb & gutter, sidewalks and Paving. While our civil works is our main focus during any given year, we also install both commercial sewerage disposal systems and design, install and provide maintenance to residential sewerage disposal systems.
